Sierra is a trained vocalist, ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist, and multi-ACE recipient with a knack for absorbing and translating science into meaningful, accessible practice. She is licensed to practice in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Oregon.
Sierra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Boston University - Sargent College, completed a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from the George Washington University - Columbian College, and is current President of the Vermont Speech and Hearing Association. Sierra is a regional Ambassador for the Vocal Congruence Project and a member of both the World Professional Association for Transgender Health and the Voice Foundation.
A fierce advocate for their clients, patients, and caregivers - Sierra is energized by supporting fellow colleagues and local community members. As a proud queer and nonbinary person, she is deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community by maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Outside of professional work, Sierra finds joy in creating/performing music, exploring the outdoors, and ‘geeking out’ about various special interests with friends; she also loves spending cozy time with her partner, Chris, and their beloved kitties, Kuso and Merle.

Auna has had a lifelong passion for language and communication, which inspired them to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Reed College. Their desire to continue working with language and identity lead them to complete their Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at the George Washington University. Auna is a Speech-Pathology Clinical Fellow; they are working under Sierra’s mentorship while working towards full licensure.
Outside of her work, Auna enjoys running, the flow arts, and making time to engage with her special interests, which now include the long quest of teaching herself French.
